RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Each appointment is especially reserved for you. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Last minute cancellations or no-shows may result in charges due in full.

CHILD SAFETY

Please keep in mind that sharp hair tools, hot styling irons, chemicals and busy areas are not the safest environment for young children. Despite all safety measures, accidents can happen. Unless your child has an appointment, it is best to make child care arrangements during your appointment time.

We would like for your visit as well as that of all our guests be one of relaxation and enjoyment.

RETURNS

All products can be returned within two weeks of purchase for an in-store credit. All returns require original receipt.

TIPS

Gaston’s is a non-gratuity salon. We appreciate your thoughtfulness. Instead, we would like to encourage you to continue your relaxing experience by selecting Aveda home care products and informing your friends about our salon and spa.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Spa packages may not be substituted. Gaston’s Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gift cards are valid for 12 months after issue date.
